When you send the contact form, we collect:

• Your phone number and email address, if you give them
• The service you ask about
• Your message
• The language you prefer
• Whether you checked the optional box to receive text messages

The form is not a place for tax documents. Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax forms or other documents through the website or by email. Bring them to the office.

Our web host may keep standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit. These logs help keep the website working and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, set up your visit and follow up about the service you asked for. A copy of each form message is kept on our web server and sent to our office by email.
